He also tells Sir David that the SNP are the most effective party for Scottish interests at Westminster. The Israeli Minister without Portfolio, Danny Naveh, joins the programme from a Cabinet meeting in Jerusalem. He tells Sir David what is needed for the peace process is for the Palestinians to accept practically, not only in principle, the structure that is within the Mitchell Report - which means first of all an unconditional cessation of all violence and terrorist activities.
