| Thursday, 23 November, 2000, 10:36 GMT 19 November 2000 On Breakfast with Frost this morning the Culture Secretary Chris Smith said much of the blame for the failure of the Dome could be laid at the media's door. He said deliberate denigration of the project had put visitors off. Also on the programme, the former US Presidential candidate Gary Hart and the New York Times correspondent in London, Warren Hoge, talked of the latest developments in Florida. From the Climate Change Convention in The Hague, the EU Commissioner on the Environment Margot Wallstrom discussed the moves being made to encourage America to ratify the Kyoto agreement on greenhouse gas emissions, and Sir Crispin Tickell, an environmental expert and the former UK Ambassador to the UN described America as "the villain of the peace" in the negotiations. There were also interviews with the Chairman of the Rail Passengers Council Stuart Francis, and the Director General of the Association of Train Operating Companies, George Muir.
