Big nuclear powers 'must disarm'

The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency Mohammed Elbaradei believes Iran is mastering nuclear technology and warned that disarmament must begin with the US and Russia.

Mohammed ElBaradei told the BBC's Jeremy Bowen that countries with nuclear weapons are treated differently to those without.

He said widespread nuclear disarmament led by the existing nuclear powers was the only solution.
