Air France have been giving a news conference after an aircraft carrying 228 people from Brazil to Paris went missing over the Atlantic Ocean.
The chief executive of Air France, Pierre-Henri Gourgeon, described the sequence of events leading to the conclusion that the plane was in trouble.
