UK 'well prepared to deal with flu'

Health Secretary Alan Johnson has moved to allay fears that the deadly swine flu outbreak in Mexico could pose a problem in the UK.

Mr Johnston said Britain was on "constant alert" and had a stockpile of vaccinations that could be used to fight the virus if needs be.
