Road closures are in place and parking is being restricted for Jersey's annual Minden Day parade and service. Parking is suspended in Minden Place until Sunday afternoon in St Helier.
The junction of Halkett Place and Burrard Street, Cattle Street and Minden Place will be closed between 1100 and 1300 BST on Sunday.
Cars will temporarily be travelling in both directions on Minden Street and there will be no access to Minden Place car park.
The annual procession through St Helier commemorates those who fell at the Battle of Minden in Germany more than 240 years ago.
Captain Le Geyt commanded a Grenadier Company at the battle and returned to Jersey a hero. He became the island's first Post Master General.
