| Jersey's Island Plan is to be reviewed as part of the government's Strategic Plan which sets out what the States wants to do over the next five years. The Council of Ministers' Strategic Plan has six commitments. They include work on maintaining a strong economy and a high quality of life for all islanders. As part of it, Planning Minister Freddie Cohen said the States would look at several elements of the Island Plan which look at land development.
