 Flybe says it is a fairer deal |
A charge levied on passengers travelling with budget airline Flybe if they check luggage into the hold has come into force. Customers will have to pay �2 for each bag put in the hold. But the firm says tickets will be �1 less and the hand baggage allowance will be doubled.
Critics claim they will lead to longer queues in airport terminals and safety could be compromised.
The airline argues it will be a fairer deal for its customers.
