Developers seek planning consent
Two new houses could be built on a main road in the Jersey parish of St Brelade if permission is given.

Developers want to knock down Portwood and Just Boards on Les Route des Genets to build two three-bedroom homes with additional parking.

An application has been submitted to the planning committee.

And the rector of St Brelade is asking planners to approve a building conversion at his home. The building is categorised as of local interest.

The Reverend Mark Bond wants to convert an outbuilding at the Rectory into living accommodation.
