A report on the progress of Le Rocquier school is expected by the end of this week. The school was strongly criticised in an inspection at the end of last year, which claimed a high proportion of lessons were unsatisfactory.
Shortly after the report came out, Le Rocquier's headmaster Richard Quenault resigned.
He blamed a high workload and unruly students.
Jersey's education authorities employed a man they described as a "discipline specialist" to head the school.
Richard Rolfe has had a year to turn the school's performance around.
How far he has succeeded will be revealed in the report.
