Skills scheme for young motorists
A new scheme is being set up on the Isle of Man to help young motorists improve their driving skills.

Young Driver 2008 also offers people aged between 16 and 25 the chance to learn more about vehicle maintenance.

Transport Minister David Anderson said a racetrack day at Jurby and a driving skills challenge had been organised for later this year.

The scheme is being unveiled, with demonstrations and competitions, at Douglas sea terminal on 29 February.
