| Guernsey's latest planning list has been released and includes proposals to build 72 houses and flats on the Banques in St Peter Port. An application to continue the Admiral Park project by the developers Comprops is also on the list. The owners of Kings Leisure Club are hoping to extend facilities at the centre and build 26 flats on the site. Property in the Charotterie and Court Row are being earmarked for offices by the States Home Department.
