Church to deal with bad behaviour
The area surrounding St Peter Port's town church in Guernsey is still being plagued by anti-social behaviour, according to the island's Dean.

Canon Paul Mellor says the extent of rowdy behaviour does vary, but that Liberation Day was especially bad.

The Dean claims long-term alcoholism is to blame, as well as a current culture of binge drinking.

He says the police are doing what they can, and he wants the church to offer support to those responsible.
