Official opening for airport
Guernsey's new airport terminal will be opened officially by the Bailiff in March.

Islanders will also be offered the chance to see the state- of-the-art building at a number of open days.

Sir de Vic Carey will formally open the new terminal on 25 March.

After the ceremony a number of dignitaries and members of the UK travel industry will be shown the new facilities.

The dates for public open days have yet to be confirmed.

The Board of Administration is also launching a new airport partnership with the Tourist Board to recognise the new building's importance as a gateway to the islands.
