Brown stresses Greece is euro area responsibility

UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown has stressed that only euro area nations will be involved in any EU aid deal with Greece.

It comes after EU President Herman Van Rompuy said that a deal between EU leaders has been reached to tackle Greece's debt crisis.
