Irish PM on 'right decision'

Irish Prime Minister Brian Cowen has said the yes result in the referendum on the Lisbon Treaty is "the right thing for our own future and the future of our children".

He said accepting the treaty would help the EU become "more efficient and more effective" and would help Europe and Ireland combat some of the biggest issues facing the world today.
