The bureau wants advice and administration volunteers
The demands being placed on Guernsey's Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) are greater than ever before.

The local office is seeking to recruit more volunteers.

The CAB provides help and information to people on any subject and more Bailiwick residents are seeking advice as life gets more complicated, according to the local bureau manager, Kate Raleigh.

She says the local branch is looking to expand its service to meet the islands' needs.

A volunteer evening was held on Monday night to try to recruit more help.

People are being asked to volunteer to work either as an advisor or in the day-to-day running of the bureau.
