Price pulls out of Ross chat show

Former glamour model Katie Price has pulled out of an appearance on Jonathan Ross's Friday night BBC One chat show.

The 31-year-old, also known as Jordan, had been due to speak on television for the first time about her split with her singer husband Peter Andre.

The couple, who were married for three-and-a-half years, announced their separation earlier this month.

According to her spokesman, however, Price "does not feel ready" to talk about her current situation.

Price and Andre, 36, first met on the set of jungle show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2004 and married soon afterwards.

The couple have two children - Junior, three, and Princess Tiaamii, who is nearly two.

Price is due to model her new equestrian clothing range at Clothes Show London on Friday.

Andre's management has declined to comment on reports that he planned to launch divorce proceedings on Tuesday.

The revised line-up for Friday's show is actress and political campaigner Joanna Lumley, Catholic band The Priests and a performance by The Killers, which will include an interview with their frontman Brandon Flowers.
