McLean evicted from jungle show

The winner will be revealed during a live show on Friday night.

McLean, who is engaged to footballer Tom Williams of Peterborough United, received the least viewers' votes and was booted off the ITV1 show.

Her disputes with singer David Van Day lasted until the bitter end, as she blanked him when he tried to give her a goodbye hug.

After her eviction McLean said she was "super excited" to be out to get back into civilisation.

She said: "I was in it to win it without a shadow of doubt, but am I excited that I'm going to be seeing my fiance and my son - oh my God, yes!

"This is the toughest thing I've ever done but I'm super excited to be out."

McLean said she found the bush tucker trials difficult, especially eating a crocodile eyeball.

She also said she disliked fellow contestant Van Day from the beginning.

She said: "I could see it, as soon as he walked in I disliked him and I disliked Timmy Mallett. I know I was harsh, but that's how I'd be on the outside world as well. I'm very black and white.

"He targeted Joe and he tried to split up the camp. It was the extent of the nastiness behind it."

The winner, voted for by the public, will be revealed during a live show on Friday night.
