Russell Brand said he was sorry he had upset actor Andrew Sachs as he left his home amid a media scrum.
Jonathan Ross and Russell have been suspended until the BBC has investigated their prank calls made on Radio 2.
A series of calls were made by the pair to actor Andrew Sachs on Brand's Saturday night programme.
