More dates added to Kylie's tour
Kylie Minogue
Promoters said Minogue's show sold out in under two hours
Seven more UK dates have been added to Kylie Minogue's tour after her first eight shows sold out.

Promoters said tickets for the initial gigs in London, Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast, which went on sale at 0900 GMT, sold out in less than two hours.

The dates are part of a European tour which starts in Paris in May and includes concerts in Germany, Finland and Sweden, amongst others.

Minogue, 39, has promised fans "fresh, exhilarating and innovative" shows.

The extra tour dates are on 29 June at Belfast's Odyssey arena, 8 and 9 July at Glasgow's SECC, 17 and 18 July at Manchester Arena, and 29 and 30 July at the O2 arena in London.

Her last tour was postponed after she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005.

Following treatment, she returned to the stage in Sydney last December with a revamped show designed to be less physically demanding.

Despite the scaled-back dance numbers and the introduction of an interval, Minogue had to postpone two concerts in Manchester in January 2007 after contracting a respiratory infection.
