The former star of Dynasty and Bad Girls lost out to former EastEnder Letitia Dean, who was saved by the judges after the dance-off.

After her exit, the actress said: "It's been nothing but awful! It's such hard work," and praised the other dancers.

Next Saturday's live show will see both the male and female contenders compete against one another for the first time.
