Another unwitting cast member of hit comedy Borat has taken legal action against producers 20th Century Fox. The man, anonymously identified as John Doe in court papers, was filmed running away from Sacha Baron Cohen's fake Kazakh journalist in New York City.
The action seeks unspecified damages for using his likeness without his consent, causing emotional damage.
A Fox spokesman said the action - one of several brought against the 2006 film - was "completely without merit".
Documents filed in a federal court in Manhattan say the man is seen "fleeing in apparent terror, screaming for Mr Cohen to go away".

The most recent legal action follows a series of similar complaints from people who say they were duped or fraudulently misrepresented in the film.
Two South Carolina university students claimed they were plied with alcohol and tricked into making racist and sexist remarks on camera. A bid to halt the film's DVD release and have the scene excised was rejected by a judge in Los Angeles in December.
Two residents of Glod, Romania sued 20th Century Fox for $30m (�15.2m), claiming they and their neighbours were depicted as rapists and criminals. The action was rejected by a New York judge in December who said the allegations were not specific enough to stand up in court.
An unidentified South Carolina man has sought punitive damages for a scene in which he is accosted by Borat in a public urinal. Although the scene was cut from the finished film, it has been shown on US TV network Comedy Central and various video-sharing websites.
Etiquette consultant Cindy Streit said she is considering legal action over a scene where she was presented with a bag purporting to contain Mr Cohen's faeces. Ms Streit claims she was told she was being filmed for a documentary that would only be shown on Belarus Television.
