Billi has not endeared himself to his fellow housemates |
Male model Billi Bhati has become the third person to be evicted from Channel 4's Big Brother house. The 25-year-old from west London received 55.1% of the votes cast in a poll against cleaner Tracey Banard and health worker Carole Vincent.
Billi had received seven nominations from housemates.
After he left the house, he told Big Brother presenter Davina McCall: "I'm fairly shocked because I didn't really expect to go today."
Before the vote's result was announced, bookmakers Ladbrokes said Billi was 1/75 favourite to be evicted.
So far five contestants have left the Big Brother house. Three have been evicted, while Emily Parr was expelled and Lesley Brain left of her own accord.
Billi was one of four male contestants who entered the show on 15 June.
He has worked as a model for three years and recently appeared in the video for Jamelia's record Beware of the Dog.
Earlier this week the housemates decided to abandon an attempt to survive without sleep for three days.
The Channel 4 show is continuing to hold up well in the ratings, attracting nightly audiences of between three and four million people.
