Aniston enjoyed box office success with The Break-Up this summer |
Actress Jennifer Aniston has settled a legal case against a photographer who she sued for allegedly taking pictures of her while she was topless at home. Aniston claimed Peter Brandt used a telephoto lens to photograph her while she was partially dressed in her house.
She said he used "invasive, intrusive and unlawful measures", but Mr Brandt said he had obtained the pictures legally from a public pavement.
Aniston's lawyer Jay Lavey said: "The matter was amicably resolved."

The details of the settlement were "confidential", he told the Associated Press news agency.
Aniston, 37, sued Mr Brandt in December, claiming she had reasonable expectations of privacy in her own home.
But Mr Brandt told the Reuters news agency: "I was 300 yards (274 metres) away and anybody on that hillside could have seen her."
Aniston is building a successful Hollywood career, with her latest film The Break-Up becoming a box office hit this summer.
