Lopez and Anthony wed in a private ceremony last year

A judge at Manhattan's Supreme Court told Tito Moses he could expect up to three years in prison for the crime.

Mr Moses, 31, has pleaded guilty to attempted grand larceny. Another man, Steven Wortman, 49, has pleaded not guilty to charges in the case.

Prosecutors say the pair tried to sell the video back to Lopez and husband Marc Anthony and to US media outlets.
