Vaughn starred in movies including Dodgeball and Swingers

The Dodgeball actor was pulled over in Scottsdale, Arizona, and breathalysed after a police officer smelt alcohol on his breath.

Vaughn was found to be below the legal alcohol limit and he was not charged.

A Scottsdale police spokesman added: "We suggested that he not continue to drive." Spokesmen for the actors were not available to comment.

The police spokesman said: "We determined (Vaughn) had something to drink but was not over the legal limit."

After the breath test, Vaughn parked his white van at a nearby resort and the two actors got into the car of a friend who had been following them.
