Sadie Frost and Jude Law's third child was born in September 2002

The pair were given a "quickie divorce" after separating at the beginning of the year.

In court documents, Frost said Law's behaviour increased the effects of post-natal depression causing her to seek treatment three times.

Frost, 35, and Law, 30, married in 1997 and have three children together.

Neither of the two were present for the proceedings, held at the High Court's Family Division in London, which were completed in 70 seconds.

In divorce papers, Frost said the "final incident" that ended the marriage was in January 2003 and that Law's behaviour had affected her health.

Since the split Frost has been dating Spanish artist Jackson Scott, who is 14 years her junior.

Painless

She has a son from her first marriage to former Spandau Ballet star Gary Kemp.

A statement released by Frost in August said: "I have come very reluctantly to the decision that my marriage to Jude is over.

"We have agreed that a divorce is the only way forward but we have equally agreed that we will do everything in our power to make certain that this is as painless a process as possible for the benefit of the children.
