Nakheel 'expanded too quickly'

A former Nakheel executive has told the BBC the company expanded too quickly.

Nakheel put Dubai on the map by building offshore islands such as The Palm and The World.

Now it is at the heart of the debt restructuring of its parent company Dubai World.

Malcolm Borthwick spoke to Nakheel's former Director of Development Sunil Gomes and asked him whether the company is paying the price of growing too quickly during the boom years.
