Further revelations about Dubai's debt crisis have sent jitters through the region.
The news that the state's main property vehicle, Nakheel, has asked for trading in some of its Islamic bonds to be suspended has sent share prices tumbling in Dubai and neighbouring Abu Dhabi.
Reaction beyond the region has been mixed: Asian stocks rose but experts are warning that Dubai's troubles will make investors look twice at government bonds in general and Dubai's growth model in particular.
