UK 'will be stronger' - Mandelson

The UK will emerge stronger and better from the global credit crisis but will be a "different country", Lord Mandelson has declared.

In a speech at Mansion House, in the City of London, the Business Secretary said a "sounder, more sober" banking model was needed.
