FSA boss admits watchdog's errors

The head of the Financial Services Authority, Lord Turner, has admitted that along with other regulators, it failed to focus on wider systemic failures which led to the banking crisis.

He told the BBC's Andrew Marr that with hindsight, it failed to look at the risks the banks and financial institutions were taking.
