A hundred people remain unaccounted for in Taiwan after Typhoon Morakot hit their village, causing a mudslide. And more than a million people in Eastern China have been forced to leave their homes.
The storm developed out in the Pacific before making landfall first in Taiwan, and then on mainland China.
