Taiwan flood sweeps away building

Floodwaters from Typhoon Morakot have swept away an entire building in the village of Chialan in southern Taiwan.

Footage from Saturday which has only just been released, shows the three-storey building collapsing and being washed away.

The Taiwanese army's special forces have been evacuating villagers in the affected areas by helicopter.
