Haiti: 'No-one in charge, hospitals without doctors'

Relief supplies and emergency response teams have been pouring into Haiti, but desperate survivors say not enough aid is reaching them.

With many government building destroyed the authorities appear overwhelmed, while hospitals are struggling to cope with the injured and the dead.
