Passengers and crew overpowered a 23-year-old man who was allegedly trying to ignite an explosive device on a plane travelling from Amsterdam to Detroit.
Jasper Schuringa, a 32-year-old Dutch filmmaker, was one of those who tackled the terror suspect Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab.
In an interview with ABC programme Good Morning America he said he physically restrained Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab.
