US President Obama has spoken of his plans to overhaul the American healthcare system.
He told the US Congress that those who already have health insurance will get a better deal, while those who do not, would be able to afford it.
He targeted insurance companies and discussed setting up a tax credits system for those who still had problems getting cover.
