US removes giant ticker from Cuba

A giant electronic ticker placed on an American building in Havana, used to spread news and political ideas, caused a million people to protest two years ago.

Now, with a fresh US administration and US policy toward Cuba, the ticker has been turned off.Dominic Kane reports.
