US Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin has attacked Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama over his association with a former 1960s radical.
Mr Obama served on a charity board with Bill Ayers, a founder of the militant group Weather Underground, which took credit for a number of non-fatal bombings in the US in the 1960s.
The Democratic candidate has denounced Mr Ayers and his radical activities.
