The people of Lockerbie want to forget the disaster according to Eddie Armstrong.

"I think Lockerbie has well recovered from it.

"People in Lockerbie want to forget it - we moved on within years but it was kept going by publicity seeking people.

"That is the general feeling of the people I talk to."
