Chris Edwards had been waiting to register with a new NHS dentist since 0900 GMT. But Mr Edwards, 49, from Newtown, complained that some people were "jumping the queue". He added: "It's taking too long to register. I hope I'm dealt with before 2pm otherwise I'll have to go to work."
