It's already very expensive to live in Richmond and to prioritise between different vehicles is ridiculous.

Drivers already pay enough in tax, insurance and MOT.

It wouldn't influence my choice of car because I'm so upset at the thought of someone else making that decision for me.

What it would do is make me park outside of Richmond.
