Mr Dung is proud of his work. "The government sees this as high-ranking, serious work. I love this job," he says.

But if the government's demand for such work diminishes, Mr Dung can always earn a living sell posters to Americans.

The irony of the situation is not lost on him. "It's quite funny that Americans seem to like this art so much."
