As voting starts in DR Congo, voters in Kinshasa share their hopes and fears.

At mass this morning, the priest urged us to vote. People are dying every day but where is the government? Our children are hungry, we can't pay school fees, civil servants are not getting paid. I hope things will get better after the election.
