Prince Harry has thanked the public for its generosity after returning to the impoverished southern African country Lesotho.

Last month the prince returned to the children's orphanage where he had worked for eight weeks during his gap year.

He saw how �1 million raised after his first visit was being used to help the Aids orphans.
