More than 150 homes are being built at Machynys overlooking the Gary Nicklaus-designed golf course.

Over 90 have been sold, many are occupied and the larger homes with views across the coast are selling for almost �500,000.

Under the masterplan additional sites close to the course would be developed for housing.
