The Heron Tower, part of a new cluster of skyscrapers destined to change the skyline of the City of London, will be transparent.

It will be joined by the "helter skelter" Bishopsgate Tower and 122 Leadenhall Street, with its distinctive tapering design aimed at protecting views of St Paul's Cathedral from Fleet Street .
