At the hostel, there are kitchens, laundry and entertainment. The company runs shuttles into nearby Soham for shopping. Out the back there are barbecues and sports facilities.
�We�re trying to make it as comfortable as we can, otherwise someone won�t want to stay and work for us,� says Will Goosen, the hostels manager.
