 Civil servant

Matthew Fluri, a civil servant, is in charge of polling station number 27. He says this could be the last vote in the Netherlands carried out with ballot papers and pencils. The rest of the country already uses an electronic voting system.

The ballot paper has two boxes, "For" and "Against". Voters mark one box with a red pencil.
