Everyone is given special reviews at 53 and 59 to address their concerns and give them advice about work and retirement.
Individual solutions are devised such as moving older manual workers to less physical jobs on equal pay.
At present the firm is focussing on transferring older workers' "tacit knowledge" of how to do their jobs to younger ones.
